Program Description
Good Ground Lawn & Landscaping operates a two-way text messaging program that allows customers and prospective customers to communicate with us by SMS. Messages include responses to your inquiries, quotes and estimates you have requested, appointment scheduling and confirmations, and notifications about scheduled service at your property.
This is a conversational messaging program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How to Opt In
You consent to receive text messages from us when you:
- Send a text message to our business number at (737) 348-0904, or
- Provide your mobile number to us in person or by phone and agree to receive text updates about your service
By doing either, you agree to receive text messages from Good Ground Lawn & Landscaping at the mobile number you provided.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Most messages are sent in direct response to your own inquiry. Customers with scheduled services may receive occasional appointment and arrival notifications, typically fewer than 10 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge a fee for text messages. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply to all messages you send and receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then no further texts.
If you opt out and later want to resume texting with us, simply send us a new message and we will resume replying.
Opting out of text messages does not cancel or affect your lawn care or landscaping services. We will contact you by phone or email instead.
